Since getting our HAM license it’s been fun trying different things.  With Shortwave we can work anywhere in the world as long as you can hear or decode the contact.  With HAM radio its one thing to hear them but a totally different thing to actually make contact!  Propagation – Getting Stepped On By Stronger Stations – Time Of Day – Type Of Antenna for transmitting – all come into play.  We tried 2 days to get these guys and Boom finally got them Whoohoo!!
