We are working on getting our Ham License as well so looking at radio options that won’t break the bank is a smart way to go.  People like me that may have HOA/Strata restrictions need to find ways to enjoy the hobby without #1 having antenna’s up & #2 drawing unwanted attention.

Being a SWL guy from the 60’s what I am totally impressed with today is Technology has finally caught up with radio.  Many apps today only need your radio & a TNC and you can Decode & Message on FT8 – Send eMail via WinLink – APRS – RTTY – JS8Call and more – As we say it’s a great time to be into radio!
